I’m the content creator, photographer, and adventure enthusiast behind heyitsaishah.
Over the last four plus years I have been exploring the earth high & low with my tripod in tow (yes, you got it—I take mostly all my photos myself) and am dedicated to sharing my adventures with you! So what is my mission? Well it is to inspire my community to get outdoors and explore through my visual storytelling—all while sharing ways we can protect our planet.
MY STORY
Well it all started when I was born and raised in a small town just north of Toronto, Ontario before moving out here in Beautiful BC a little bit over a decade ago. Ever since I was young, I’ve always enjoyed the outdoors. Growing up my family (especially my grandparents) instilled being outside and exploring our earth. My passion for the outdoors grew even more over the last six or so years, especially since I am constantly surrounded by the mountains, forests, and ocean. I just knew I had so much more to explore—and just had to get started! Since then, I’ve hiked and camped through countless trails, paddled many turquoise lakes, and traveled to many different countries. Throughout the past couple of years of my adventures, I have grown increasingly passionate about our beautiful earth and strive to protect it.
When I’m not trekking through the mountain ranges of BC, doing outdoor activities, or travelling the globe you’ll find me getting my sweat on in martial arts, cycling and many other fitness classes around Vancouver!
